Nogensmenys, l'exhibició d'insígnies d'organitzacions associades als feixismes (com l'esvàstica o el jou-i-fletxes)
podrien ser il·legals a Àustria, Alemanya, Hongria, Polònia, República Txeca, França, Brasil, Rússia i altres
països, depenent del context. Per tant, volem aclarir que www.wargames.cat no té altre

and their symbols usage are not banned in the Kingdom of Spain. However, the use of insignia of organizations associated to Fascisms (like
the Nazi swastika or the Falangist yoke-and-arrows) might be illegal in Austria, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Czech
Republic, France, Brazil, Russia and other countries, depending on context. Therefore, it should be clarified that
www.wargames.cat serves no other purpose than acting as a Catalan-made hobby resource
for the worldwide wargaming community, and has nothing to do with politics. We do not
tolerate apologists of Fascisms, and would never support intolerant, racist, xenophobic, or violent
individuals/groups. In spite of our rejection of such ideologies, our NAT03 Falangist Militia flagsheet shows devices used by different Spanish Fascist organizations since 1933 up to-day. If, for any reason, you believe better not to use the historical symbols of that period in your miniatures or dioramas, we have available an alternative version of that flagsheet, which has been thoroughly cleaned of such devices.
